Our family had a fantastic time exploring Southaven, especially enjoying Central Park which is less than a 5-minute drive away, and the friendly staff, particularly Debora and Lashawn, made our stay one of the most comfortable we've had, with the cleanliness and comfort of our King Studio Sofa Bed really enhancing our experience.

Family with kids will survive

The staff here were friendly, genuinely nice. They served my kids with kindness which made all the difference. One day, my daughter spilled something and before I could blink, a staff member was there offering to clean it up and get her a snack.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but honestly tolerable.

However, the room could use some upgrades as the carpet was old, and the view from the ground-level room was not great. Overall, it was a decent place to stay while exploring Memphis.

The room was a King Studio with a Sofa Bed. Super comfy queen-sized bed and the small suite made it feel homey. The full-sized fridge was a nice touch, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I loved the large mirrored sliding doors for the closet. The bathroom had a spacious vanity that worked perfectly. The only thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t replace towels daily, but it was easy to get more when needed. Overall, it was a great stay!

The Residence Inn provided an excellent base for my work in the Southaven area. The staff were exceptionally friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. My two-bedroom suite was spacious and nicely updated, offering a comfortable place to unwind after a long day. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast included a solid variety of options.
